At the beginning of the year,  it’s usual to take the time to think about what we’d like to achieve and how we’d like to achieve it. Below is a link to a short blog that I hope will help if you feel daunted by goals and planning.

I wrote it originally for our ADHD support group blog, which is written for families living with ADHD. For these families, long-term planning doesn’t always work.

In the blog, I talk about just focusing on the three most important things to do each day. If you are a person that is overwhelmed with planning, but wants to still have goals, can i suggest working with the three most important goals. You will find that along the way, you accomplish a great deal more.

And remember that each day is a new day. As my sister loves to say, if you miss something, “just start again.” Each moment of the day is ok to start fresh.
