As a coach I love to see other people fulfil their dreams and potential. What I also know is that it’s really important to continue to grow and learn myself to develop new ideas, learning and understanding.

As a leader, committing to being teachable and developing a personal development paradigm enables us to become continuous learners. Whether you attend a course, sit in personal development training, or read books and blogs, you are engaging in continuous learning.

At the moment, I’m part way through a Diploma of Health Science. I’m learning so much, discovering new ideas and seeing ways that I can include it in my leadership well being coaching.

You may not want to go that far to learn new things.

My question for us us this: what are we doing to build a continuous learning atmosphere for ourselves and within our teams?
