Have you ever taken a step out into the unknown. It can be exciting, exhilarating and scary all at the same time. As a leadership coach, I recognise the need for continuous learning and growing, making changes and developing new ideas.

As a result, I’ve been pivoting my coaching to include leadership wellbeing. In these last few years, maintaining wellbeing hasn’t been easy. Leaders can feel tired; exhausted from the need to continually change direction as Covid and post Covid conditions continue to change.

I’ve been working on ways to improve personal wellbeing in my own life, and to integrate wellbeing into my coaching program. This includes spiritual life coaching and a better understanding of health. This had me thinking about the best way to move forward.

So, in the last couple of months I’ve stepped out at age 57 and started a new adventure of study and learning. It’s exciting and scary, and amazing.

I’ve always been interested in complimentary therapies because I believe many of them have great value and can support both our physical and our mental well-being, help us focus our spirituality and live life more naturally.

I’m studying a Diploma of Health Science with a naturopathy focus. At the moment I’m planning on completing the diploma and after that? Well, I’m not sure but who knows. There is always room for more learning and growing.

As I embark on this journey of growth in learning knew things, revising and refreshing previous knowledge and bringing myself up to date in an things heath. Stay tuned for more of my journey.
